Bobby was known in the area as the local drunk. He was always sitting on a park bench in the street and never said anything to anyone. Some of the local boys didn’t think twice about spitting on him or throwing things at him as “he’s just a no-hoper bum”. Bobby hated it but didn’t know where else he could go.

Greg liked his team at work to run like a tight ship and his motto was “a bit of fear is motivating”. He led his team with an aggressive, firm, and rigid manner and was happy to put staff in their place. He wanted a senior management position and believed he had to be a tough player to get there. He knew some of his staff were frightened of him but he liked it that way.
