About En Masse

En masse (French) [ɑ̃ mas] adv in a group, body, or mass; as a whole; all together.

En Masse is a consulting firm that brings together lawyers, psychologists, educators and management consultants to assist organisations, schools and communities to achieve business and cultural transformation based on awareness and better understanding of human rights principles.

We work with organisations to increase sustainable productivity through programs which reduce risk whilst inspiring people to respect and protect themselves and each other.

We offer practical behavioural change pathways via face to face and online training that lead to the respect, protection and promotion of the individual’s own rights, the rights of colleagues and the sustainable interests of all other stakeholders.
