Dräger engaged En Masse to provide training which would complement their existing values program and would empower staff and management to respect and protect each other and to take responsibility for building a safe and healthy workplace.
En Masse is currently rolling out a suite of online learning modules which commences with the Human Rights Launch Pad,™ introducing the key concepts of respect, protection and promotion of human rights. This will be followed by modules which focus on the common issues which detract from a healthy workplace culture such as bullying, sexual harassment and discrimination.
It’s really important for HR managers today to avoid risk by making sure staff understand and comply with WH&S laws. I was looking for a program that did that but could also reinforce the positive cultural values that would help Dräger in our quest to build a high performance culture. The En Masse eLearning modules are easy to use, stimulating and great to engage staff and management alike. En Masse has provided excellent support to set up the program and to roll it out to our staff.
