After a successful tender submission , the Western Australian Attorney General’s Department enlisted En Masse to develop customised training materials (workbooks and online education and training modules) for Western Australia’s Court and Tribunal Services (CTS).
En Masse has built online training materials which develop understanding, confidence and competence in court and tribunal staff to help them handle the common and complex client service situations they regularly encounter, with a particular focus on clients with mental health issues. The aim of the program is to help staff better understand mental illness and its impact on people’s behaviour as well as provide practical ways in which to assist clients who may have a mental illness to navigate through the court system.
