Our online training modules deliver powerful information in a dynamic, easy-to-use format. Throughout the module, learners move at their own pace and are encouraged to explore new concepts, and gather the tools that will stay with them long after they’ve completed the training.
Here is a snapshot of three different phases of the training from our Human Rights Launchpad™ module, which incorporates voiceover, animation, multiple choice and other interactive techniques, as well as our trademark illustrations and design. Please test them out:
- Scenarios: Some of the real life stories we use to illustrate complex concepts. Our consulting psychologists call this the ‘five stages of change’ model: our focus groups say it helps put things in context.
- Human rights quiz: Some of the questions that help us assess the learner’s awareness of human rights after they’ve finished the training. The statistics may help you identify areas for improvement in your organisation.
