Student resilience program

Building resilience and understanding in children

Combining group presentations and small workshop activities with our trained facilitators, the En Masse student educational programs are designed to be highly engaging and interactive.  All programs have been developed in consultation with our educational psychologists.

En Masse development and training modules will:

  • Prepare all students for culturally diverse higher education environments and the workforce
  • Assure international students they are entering a safe and respectful study environment
  • Empower all students who are vulnerable to human rights abuse (on the basis of gender, sexuality, religion, disability, ethnicity)
  • Encourage the protection and promotion of human rights principles

Programs & services

Our suite of student personal development programs include:

  • Stepping Up – Leadership skills program for school leaders and emerging school leaders
  • Focus – A program for disengaged/troubled youth
  • Discovering Resilience – Building awareness and strategies for developing resilience in young people

Programs are customised for all year levels prep to 12.

Positive education programs

We also provide personal development programs for teachers and parents wanting to help students build resilience and enjoy a positive school experience.
