Building culture and understanding at school
Our tailored staff development programs are aimed at building skills in school and education staff that helps them assist students and other staff members in creating a healthy learning environment.
By developing emotional literacy, introducing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and demonstrating the power of positive thinking we help your staff to grow as resilient citizens. Combining group presentations and small workshop activities with our trained facilitators, the En Masse educational programs are designed to be highly engaging and interactive.
All programs have been developed in consultation with our educational psychologists.
