En Masse helps Beca to build healthy workplace culture

Beca, a multi-disciplinary engineering, planning and project management consultancy with over 2500 employees globally, recently engaged En Masse to deliver a tailored bullying and harassment training program to their employees across Australia.

Lynn Ross, Human Resources Associate at Beca and winner of the 2011 FEMA Awards Human Resources Practitioner of the Year, saw En Masse’s human rights approach to risk management training as the best way to fulfill Beca’s needs.

Lynn Ross, Beca

“Beca is committed to the health, safety and wellbeing of our employees and we understand the importance of training and education to support this.

With the above objective in mind, we engaged En Masse to work closely with us to develop a tailored workplace training program on anti-bullying and harassment, linked to company, legal and personal obligations in relation to human rights. This included En Masse facilitating a series of workshops nationally, but also creating an interactive online training portal. This was developed and delivered in short timeframes and the quality and delivery of the material was outstanding.

En Masse’s flexibility and agility in relation to tailoring the program for employees at various levels and roles within the business, allowed for effective delivery.

Employee feedback has been extremely positive, especially in relation to En Masse providing realistic and valuable training on building awareness around actions, behaviours, potential consequences and support mechanisms available, whilst not overly sanitising the work environment.

We look forward to building a long term partnership with En Masse as we continue to grow and develop as a business.”
