Mark Dean – Managing Director

Mark is a qualified lawyer, executive coach, human rights educator and facilitator and a social entrepreneur. He is the founder and Managing Director of En Masse, Australia‘s first private consulting and education business dedicated to building cultures that promote human responsibility and positive mental health outcomes within organisations, schools and communities.

Mark is also a non-executive director of Cara Inc,  a community services organisation dedicated to protecting and accommodating especially vulnerable children and young women.  Mark is also a Member of the Investment & Risk Committee of the Beaton Investment Fund.  He was a founding director of 1$ Day, a global children’s fundraising charity backed by Baker & McKenzie, aimed at improving children’s health and education outcomes.

Mark’s specific interests include the role of businesses in building equality and diversity, mental health, children’s rights and the rights of Aboriginal communities to improved health and education outcomes.  He also has an active interest in capacity building through technology including the use of innovative e-learning platforms.

Mark is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the International Bar Association and the Diversity Council of Australia.
