En Masse has developed a range of online modules _ with a difference. These engaging learning experiences are based on the latest evidence-based research into health and wellbeing. The modules are built on a foundation of the principles of Positive Psychology with a focus on helping you maintain happiness and good health. They consist of interactive exercises and challenges, some with a gamefied feel, and ask you to prioritise aspects of your life, plot your stress levels and write goals and lists that lead into a practical action plan. The modules feature realistic case studies, representing a diversity of needs and work/life experiences to inspire and motivate you to make small changes and improve your wellbeing. The modules are suitable for all staff and run for approximately 20-30 minutes.
