This is an eye-opening seminar that focuses on how our personal relationships impact our mental and physical health. It looks at healthy and unhealthy relationships and the evidence around impacts on things like heart health, depression levels _ even longevity. Participants will be asked to consider the helpful markers of positive relationships, such as feeling safe, being heard and remaining an active participant in relationships. This seminar also explores the impact of controlling relationships and why they are unhealthy, and examines drug and alcohol issues, and how you can identify if these habits have reached unhealthy levels. The session concludes with tips on �staying together� by giving feedback in positive ways, allowing people to be separate and yet supported within relationships, and how to handle changes or break ups.
