Sleep deficiency is alarmingly prevalent, with recent research suggesting more than 20 percent of us don't get adequate sleep. This session outlines the importance of obtaining quality sleep and the impact a deficit can have on our everyday lives. We identify some of the psychological barriers to obtaining sleep, and provide some practical, evidence based strategies to achieve quality sleep more consistently.
