All Victorian Government Public Sector organisations are required to implement Victorian Public Sector specific and tailored education and training packages that are compliant with the Victorian Government Mental Health & Wellbeing Charter by July 2020.

En Masse, a leading provider of mental health and behaviour change awareness programs to government and Victorian Public Sector (VPS) organisations, has developed a suite of offerings – face to face, online and blended – that satisfy the aims and principles of the Mental Health & Wellbeing Charter.

Come along to our free breakfast session where our expert panel will provide an overview of the requirements of the Charter, our VPS-specific mental health education solutions and practical guidance for Human Resources or Occupational Health & Safety teams on implementing the Charter requirements. This interactive discussion will showcase how some VPS departments are approaching the Charter, key insights gained from our training, strategies for implementation and evaluation, and an opportunity to ask any questions you may have.

Our Victorian Public Sector specific offerings include:

  • support in implementing the  Mental Health & Wellbeing Charter

  • using evidence-based content, customisable for local needs

  • tailoring training to the specific requirements of executives, managers/supervisors and general employees

  • detailed learning outcomes based on the Mental Health & Wellbeing Charter, all appropriate supporting materials, including handouts, tip sheets, case studies

  • highly engaging, interactive sessions based on adult learning principles.

Please advise if you have any specific dietary requirements.

Presenters: Helena Kuo (Executive Director) and Erica Edmands (Partner)
